A NEW BEGINNING for DIECI MAGAZINE

Not many people know that Albert Einstein, one of the famous physicists in the history of science, had a passion for philosophy. He first became interested in it while at college, and it greatly influenced his attitude towards scientific research.

One thing he said about philosophy is particularly relevant to Dieci, a people company that has long been dedicated to continuous improvement.
“Logic will take you from A to B. Imagination will take you anywhere.”
The logic of our business is technological know-how, which is essential to the whole way in which we operate.

DIECI takes on MotoGP

At the racetracks of Jerez de la Frontera in Spain on 7 May and Le Mans in France on 21 May, followed by Mugello, Barcelona, Assen and throughout the remainder of the 2017 MotoGP season, a Samson 75.10, one of the flagship machines in DIECI’s industrial telescopic handler range, will be fulfilling a valuable support role.

The plain between Florence, Prato and Pistoia is universally known as “The Garden of Europe” due to the huge number of nurseries which, since the mid 20th century, have characterised the landscape in this part of Italy. This alluvial plain is blessed with a particularly favourable microclimate and benefits from southerly exposure at the foot of the Apennines, which protect it from cold winds.

Agri Tech on the NILE

One of the largest nations in Africa, Sudan extends along the course of the Upper Nile, the river which flows across the whole country and which since time immemorial has linked the history of Sudan to that of Egypt and the neighbouring Arabian peninsula, with which it shares a language (Arabic) and a religion, Islam.

DIECI CROSSRAIL

Crossrail in London has been called one of the largest railway infrastructure projects in Europe. The project was conceived in 1941 and drafted into the city’s urban development plan in 1944 (during the Second World War!) by one of the world’s greatest urban planners, Sir Patrick Abercrombie, who planned the major reconstruction and expansion of the English metropolis even while it was being pounded by German bombardments.
