The methods used to manage the processing of the personal data of the users who visit this website are described on this page.
This is a notice issued also pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Act – and Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679, provided to all those who interact with the web services that can be accessed digitally from the address:

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
During their normal use, the IT systems and software procedures used to ensure that this website works properly acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified Data Subjects, but could, by its very nature, allow the users to be identified, when it is processed and associated with data retained by third parties.

The user’s data could be used to ascertain liability in case of potential cyber crimes committed to the detriment of the website: except in this case, currently, the data regarding the web contacts are not retained for longer than approximately one month.
